30 Day Shred done, breakfast eaten.

I need to shower, and then get on with baking.  I’m making elderflower crunch cake, lemon drizzle cake, boiled fruit cake, and dark chocolate/cherry rock buns.  The first cake is to feed my grandparents when they come round for tea tomorrow morning (I’ll be making cheese and ham scones as well), then the rest are for my dad to take into his office for his birthday (which was actually two weeks ago, but whatever).

He’s offered me payemnt for the cake making.  I’m hoping I can get him to pay enough so that I can take le boyfriend to the cinema at the weekend.  £15 for 2 loaf cakes and lots of rock buns is an acceptable price, right? :P

Steak, onion and pea pie, with gravy, mixed vegetables (carrots, pease, green beans, mange tout) and braised red cabbage.

Followed by lime marmalade ice cream

Well, nearly 3 hours after I got back from my run, I’m finally going to shower.

I haven’t been slacking though - I’ve done my stretches, and spent an hour and a half working on the case study section of my dissertation which is now, in principle, finished (just needs a shit ton of editing)

Run done :)  Very slow, as predicted, but considering how achy I am, I’m going to consider 3.5 miles at any pace a success.

Stretchy time now.  I normally stretch in the evenings, but I’m going out for dinner tonight, and I’m 95% certain I won’t want to do it when I get back.  So now it is.
